Kim Kardashian, along with sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Karadshian Odom, are among those named in a new $5 million class action suit filed in Manhattan court by a small group of dieters who claim that the reality star-endorsed QuickTrim diet pills didn't live up to its lofty weight-loss claims.
